售电公司参与需求侧响应的系统动力学研究

摘要:  摘要:能源互联网示范园区的落地以及售电公司的成立,使得以售电公司为实施主体的适用于园区的需求侧响应机制的研究更为迫切。文章建立了一种基于峰谷电价的需求侧响应模式,一方面由售电公司在园区内实施峰谷电价,用户响应电价优化自身用电行为,电网公司获得实施需求侧响应的效益,另一方面电网将一部分效益分享给售电公司,售电公司通过降低电价将部分收益回馈给用户。其次,运用系统动力学模拟实施这种需求侧响应计划后电网、售电公司与用户的收益情况,以证明该模式的有效性。模拟系统将需求侧响应模型分为用户响应模块、电网效益模块和售电公司效益模块,通过建模剖析各因素间的关系。模拟结果表明,实施此需求侧响应模式,各方在利益层面上均有收益,该模式具有可行性。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT:  The establishment of energy internet demonstration park and the electricity sale companies has made the research on the demand side response mechanism more urgent based on the electricity sale companies as the main body. This paper presents a demand side response model based on peak-valley price. On one side, the customers behaviour was optimized and the grid company gained the benefit. On the other side, the grid company shared some of the benefits to the electricity sale company and then it returned the profits to customers by reducing the price. The system dynamics was used to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The simulation system divides the demand response model into users response module, power grids benefit module and electricity sale companys benefit module. The simulation results have shown that the implementation of this demand response model can benefit all sides, and have proved the model is feasible.
